My children and I greatly enjoyed being there, it's exceptionally comfortable hotel. I were offered tasty breakfasts at 9.40am. The room was fantastic and huge with sofa and jacuzzi, for instance as expected. The staff was very very nice providing assistance.

Had a good 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The room was brand-new, huge, it had a kitchen area and an iron. The staff were very-very nice and courteous, their services were excellent. The setting was particularly good, close to the water park especially for children and the grocery shop.

Luxury and fairly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is awesome. The rooms offered are fantastic and wonderful with sofa and jacuzzi, for example. It has a good bar and really kind staff. The hotel serves good breakfasts at 9.40am. Thank you for a decent stay.

Extremely comfy bed, room was big size and brand-new, with a kitchen area and an iron. We had fantastic and savoury breakfasts at 9.40am.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was good standard and luxury, had peaceful location to the waterpark. We truly enjoyed rooms with jakuzi. It was decorated in the nice design.

Strategic location on the river side, clean pool. Based so close to the services at front counter, and the water park. Brand-new room and comfortable bed, comfy sleep.

The water park was fantastic! My kids had a great time going down the slides. I also appreciate that the hotel allowed us to buy the water park tickets upon check-in, saving us time waiting in line. I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun vacation spot.

The room condition - balcony was not swept, the toilet was wet, one light bulb was not working and the air-cond unit produced a very irritating sound. All were rectified, no doubt but a little bit of proactiveness woukd have been expected.. house keeping team shoiuld ensure that facilities are in good working condition and rooms are properly cleaned before assigning them to the guests.

The offered breakfast was good at 9.40am. Location: the hotel was really close to all the water park's and golf courses and bayou lagoon park resort. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Nice venue, excellent location adjacent to exciting water park, the services at front counter, and waterpark and free breakfast, truly enjoyed our stay. The room was brand-new and exceptionally comfortable in general, with nice views. The food in the in-house restaurant was different and fresh. The service was excellent, we had 2 good nights here.

Fast check-in during peak season, free waterpark access for guests. Large pool area. Breakfast well-managed in ballroom. Courteous staff.
